BIA Suppliers List

This list is a platform for BIAs to share with other BIAs. This list is for BIA-use only. Suppliers submitted must have previously worked with a BIA and are interested in working with other BIAs. Suppliers on this list are submitted by BIAs for BIAs. 

Please submit at least one form of contact information for the Supplier (phone, address, social media, website). 

Only Suppliers who have previously worked with a BIA are eligible for submission.

If there are any future changes to Supplier information, the form may be edited after submitting. 

To request the removal of a Supplier from this list at any time, you may email info@toronto-bia.com 

Disclaimer: Suppliers on this list are not endorsed by TABIA or the submitting BIA. This list is simply a discovery tool that has been curated through submissions by BIAs for BIAs. It is the responsibility of BIAs seeking Suppliers to ensure due diligence is conducted before obtaining Supplier services. TABIA and the submitting BIA will not be responsible to any BIA or to any other persons for any loss, damage or injury which might result, however caused, from the product and/or service.

How it Works

Submit a Supplier to the list by filling out the form completely located at the end of this page. 

Suppliers eligible for submission must fulfill the following criteria: 

  • Must have previously worked with a BIA 
  • Interested in working with other BIAs
  • Service Toronto area(s) 

Only BIA Staff with Member logins can access this form through the Members only section of the TABIA website.

We recommend accessing the spreadsheet here for the most up-to-date and recent Supplier submissions. This list is subject to change.

To sort the Suppliers based on category, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Data” from the Excel menu.
  2. Select “Filter Views”.
  3. Select “Create new temporary filter view”. This will allow you to create filters on the spreadsheet without affecting the spreadsheet for other viewers.
  4. To sort the Supplier Category, select the upside-down triangle (3 lines) symbol. A drop-down menu will appear.
  5. Select “Sort A to Z” to group the Suppliers by categories. OR scroll to the bottom of the drop-down menu and only select the Supplier category you’d like to see. 

For example, you are looking for a photographer or videographer for your upcoming event. Under “Supplier Category”, select “Photographer and Videographer”. All Photographers and Videographers suppliers will be listed.

Supplier Removal Policy

If you wish to request removal or report a Supplier on this list, please email info@toronto-bia.com 

Please notify if Suppliers are no longer in business or request to be removed from this list.

To maintain integrity of the list, we welcome all feedback regarding suppliers as we want to ensure the list provides value to our BIAs. Reported Suppliers will be reviewed. This may result in the removal of the Supplier from the BIA Suppliers List.
