Zoning in Major Transit Areas Presentation – Biweekly BIA Meeting Mar 3, 2026

At the March 3, 2026 Biweekly BIA meeting, City staff provided an overview of the proposed zoning approach for Major Transit Station Areas (MTSA) throughout the city. We want to hear your thoughts on design elements (e.g. building shape, retail unit ceiling heights, setbacks and lot coverage); implementation approaches for increased densities while supporting the City’s urban design and sustainability objectives; and detailed boundaries where P/MTSA zoning standards will apply.
