To submit an order, follow these steps:

1. Complete the form, save as PDF and use the naming convention: COT_BIA Nam_Dressing Order_YYMMDD.pdf
2. Email the completed form to jordan@vsgbc.com Phone: (604) 273-4155
3. Payment Methods:
   1. By credit card, complete the credit information on the order form and email.
   2. By e-Transfer payments, email the form. An invoice will be emailed to you when your order form has been received. Send e-Transfers to ar@vsgbc.com and note your invoice number in the memo.
