BIA Dressing Toolkit (Banners Only) – Alternative Supplier Classic Displays

TABIA has secured an alternative local supplier, Classic Displays, to produce and install banners only from the City’s FIFA BIA Dressing Toolkit.

Please note, Classic Displays is a separate supplier from the City supplier (VSG) and requires a different ordering procedure.

Classic Displays is offering wrap-around banner services including banner production, installation labour, storage of current banners and reinstallation of banners for $218 all-inclusive fee per banner.

1. Pricing Details
   • $128 per banner print/production. No minimum order quantity.
   • $90 per banner for installation labour + banner storage of current banner + reinstallation of your previous banner after event
   • Note, pricing is based on hardware already in place. If hardware needs to be installed or repaired, this will incur an additional cost quoted at your order.
   • $218 Total per banner for wraparound service ($128 + $90 = $218)
2. Payment options: If you have worked with them previously, net 30 cheque. New customers pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or E-transfer
3. Turnaround Time (from order confirmation to installation): 5-6 weeks (may be shorter if ordering early)
4. No order deadline. Recommend ordering earlier to have your banners in place ahead of first game on June 12 (workback schedule).

Please include the following information to Chris Tucker:

1. Billing information: BIA Name, mailing address, primary contact name, email, phone number
2. Banner Artwork Type, size(s), and number of banners (Formal proof with designs and sizes will be provided before confirming order)
3. Installation pattern (for example, alternate between Pattern City Blue and Slogan City Green)
4. If hardware is already in place (details about hardware if it is not going on standard hydro poles). If you require hardware repair or replacement, this is an additional cost. 
5. If you would like banners removed during installation (yes/no)
