Toronto Business Improvement Areas Celebrated at TABIA’s Ninth Annual BIA Awards Night

Last night, the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) held their Ninth Annual BIA Awards Night at the historic Palais Royale. In partnership with the City of Toronto’s Economic Development Office, a total of twenty-five awards were presented to various BIAs from across the city.
