Toronto BIAs

Welcome to Roncesvalles Village!

Originally created in 1986 and amalgamated with another BIA to encompass the entire street in 1991, the Roncesvalles Village BIA is one of the oldest BIAs established.

With a wide variety of shops, services and eateries located in beautiful vintage buildings, this area, affectionately called ‘Roncy’, is a beloved, walkable main street. Nestled between High Park to the West and Lake Ontario to the South, Roncesvalles Village is a uniquely Toronto neighbourhood known for our sidewalk gardens, tree-lined streets, and our boutique-sized independently operated businesses. Additionally, the Roncesvalles Village BIA presents the annual Roncesvalles Polish Festival, North Americas largest celebration of Polish culture, held in September, which welcomes upwards of 400,000 visitors to the area.
