Toronto BIAs

The Bayview Leaside BIA, established in 2015, is centered on Bayview Avenue from Davisville Avenue to Soudan Avenue. The area is known primarily for its compelling collection of small, independent retailers, restaurants, cafes, and personal services. Anchored by several widely-recognized businesses and financial institutions, the area attracts both local residents and customers from across the Greater Toronto Area. Through its considerable efforts in streetscaping and area maintenance, the BIA enjoys a reputation as an attractive, clean and vibrant traditional main street business district.
