Regal Heights Village Business Improvement Association (RHV BIA) is calling on all artists to enter its first ever art competition for their banner design and community identity beautification initiative.

Regal Heights Village is located on St. Clair Avenue West, between Winona Drive and Westmount Avenue, in the City of Toronto.

Artists in Toronto, GTA and surrounding cities are encouraged, regardless of their experience, age or education in the art field, to participate!
