Partners in Project Green and greenTbiz are pleased to announce a new partnership that will leverage the knowledge and resources of each organization to help businesses realize the benefits of sustainability.

greenTbiz was founded by the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) to deliver programs that result in economically and environmentally favourable outcomes for Toronto BIAs and their members. Much like Partners in Project Green, greenTbiz engages and empowers Toronto businesses to take a hands-on approach to improve the sustainability of their urban environments and increase their profitability.

While Partners in Project Green's target area is the Pearson Eco-Business Zone, greenTbiz works specifically with small and medium-sized enterprises and Business Improvement Areas across Toronto. Each organization offers a range of programs to help build sustainable business practices. Given their shared interest in making Toronto's businesses as sustainable as possible, greenTbiz and Partners in Project Green will be collaborating on the delivery of a number of opportunities for Toronto-based businesses, including:

·        Case Study Collection - GreenTbiz and Partners in Project Green will share case studies from each organization's collection on their respective websites.

·        Green Purchasing Alliance - GreenTbiz members will be able to take advantage of the Green Purchasing Alliance, which offers product discounts ranging from 5 to 45 per cent on energy efficient building technologies, such as lighting and HVAC, through the Clinton Climate Initiative's Green Purchasing Alliance.
